Did you know you might be eligible for a major discount on your school property taxes or rent? To help ease the financial burden on our community members, the North Penn School District offers a local rebate program that mirrors the Pennsylvania State Property Tax/Rent Rebate.

If you qualify for the state program, North Penn will match up to 65% of your state rebate, putting up to an additional $1,000 back in your pocket. Even if you haven't qualified in past years, recent state-wide income expansions mean you may be eligible now!

To qualify for this discount, applicants must have a household income of no more than $48,110 annually, and:

• Be 65 years of age or older; or

• Be a widow and widower aged 50 years of age or older; or

• Be permanently disabled and 18 years of age or older.

• Be enrolled in the state rebate program prior to qualifying
  

Don't leave money on the table. The application window for the North Penn School District rebate runs from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
